We value progressive farming, which can be defined as a method of planting, growing and harvesting that leaves the Earth in a healthy condition for the next crop and the next generation.
The farms we work with utilize integrated methods of farming, which promote resource conservation such as reduced water consumption. The water for irrigation comes from naturally replenishable reservoirs. The recycling of post-production crop waste to fertilize the fields efficiently puts nutrients back into the soil.
All of the farms Safi works with use renewable resources, such as wind or solar power, as a major source of energy on their farms.
